Kenny Golladay is the first player in school history to record two 1,000-yard receiving seasons in his career. He had 1,129 yards on 73 catches a year ago and now has 1,023 yards on 79 catches in 2016. His catch total ranks third on the single season list while his yardage is ninth.

Kenny Golladay caught 14 passes for 143 yards in tonight's game to up his season total to 79 catches for 1,023 yards. Golladay has caught at least four passes in every game this season and recorded his third game with double-digit catches this season.

Kenny Golladay's 14 catches tonight set his career high for receptions in a single game. That total ranks second on the NIU chart for catches in a game and are the most since 2005 when Sam Hurd caught 14 receptions at Akron (9-24).

Aregeros Turner returned six kickoffs for 124 yards in the game, to up his career total to 2,357 kickoff return yards on 97 returns. Turner broke the NIU career record for kickoff return yards of 2,306 held by Deon Mitchell (1995-98). He needs three kickoff returns to break the career mark of 100, also held by Mitchell.

Shane Wimann caught his sixth touchdown pass to tie the NIU record for touchdown catches by a tight end in a season. Wimann, who last caught a TD pass versus Western Michigan in game 6, tied the record held by Matt Dunker who scored six during the 2002 season.

Kenny Golladay recorded his eighth receiving touchdown of the season in the second quarter for his 18th career touchdown catch.

Shawun Lurry recorded his second interception of the season and the 11th of his career. Lurry, a junior, moved onto the NIU career charts for interceptions, tying three players for ninth place.
***NIU is now 3-1 in games when it leads at halftime.

Christian Blake caught his second touchdown pass of the season in the third quarter. It was his third total score as Blake also recorded a rushing TD earlier in the year.

Quintin Wynne recorded his first career quarterback sack in the third quarter.

Ryan Graham started his third game of the season in which he set three single-game career highs: completions (24), passing yards (221) and rushing yards (97).

Jamaal Payton made a career high 11 tackles to lead NIU.

Daniel Santacaterina made his Huskie debut in the first quarter of the game when
Ryan Graham had to leave the game for one play. Santacaterina handed off to
Joel Bouagnon, who went 11 yards for a first down.

Austin Smaha recorded his fourth sack of the season to take the team lead.
