Week's Achievements: Troy White paced the Huskie offense with nine RBI as NIU took two of three games against Ball State to clinch its first appearance in the MAC tournament since 2008.  In the series, he went 5-for-14 with five runs, nine RBI, one home run, two walks, one stolen base, a .438 on-base percentage and .571 slugging percentage.  In a 10-9 win in the first of a Saturday doubleheader, he drew two walks, scored two runs and drove in two runs.  In Game Two, he had a hit and run scored.  In Sunday's finale, he erupted for a 4-for-6 day with seven RBI, two runs, one homer and a stolen base.  The junior's seven-RBI performance was the second time this season that he has accomplished the career-best feat, as he also did it on April 17 in Game Two of a doubleheader against Ohio.
 Week's Achievements: Chanel Kellyman ran the opening leg of NIU’s MAC Championship-winning 4x100-meter relay. Kellyman and the Huskies ran a school-record time of 45.64 seconds to win the school’s first conference championship since 2006. Kellyman was also a part of the NIU ninth-place 4x400-meter relay, running the second leg as the Huskies posted a time of 3:54.22. Individually, Kellyman finished 13th in both the 100- and 200-meter dash, running a time of 11.94 seconds in the 100 and 24.69 seconds in the 200. Kellyman helped NIU score 47 points in the meet, the most-ever for NIU at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
