• Through three games this season, the NIU women's basketball team is fourth in the country in scoring with 94.3 points per game, trailing only Michigan (105.7), Maryland (102) and Ohio State (94.5).
• Six different Huskies are averaging 10-or-more in points per game, led by
Ally Lehman (23.5), who is currently ranked 17th in the country.
• Sophomore
Courtney Woods recorded her fifth 20-point game of her career on Saturday at Western Illinois. Most remarkably, all of Woods' performances have come on the road in five of her last six road contests. She's averaging 19.0 points per game in NIU's last six road outings.
• Sophomore
Mikayla Voigt has opened the season a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line and is coming off a career-best 6-for-6 afternoon against the Leathernecks. She is one of 44 players nationally to hold a perfect clip.
• The Huskies are shooting over 83 percent from the free throw line, an improvement of over 30 percent from last season at the charity stripe. NIU was 27-for-30 from the line at Western Illinois, forcing 23 personal fouls.
• The Huskies recorded 52 rebounds versus the Leathernecks and were +21 in rebound margin, however, NIU fell to Western Illinois, 83-79.
• Both
Cassidy Glenn (17 points, 11 rebounds) and
Ally Lehman (15 points, 13 rebounds) both recorded double-doubles on Saturday, the first time since Feb. 24, 2016 at Western Michigan two Huskies recorded the feat as Lehman and
Courtney Woods combined for the feat.
• Following her back-to-back double-doubles,
Ally Lehman is fourth nationally in rebounds per game with a clip of 13.7.
• She is also 10th in the NCAA in offensive rebounds per game with 6.0.

Ally Lehman tied the Mid-American Conference record and set a brand new NIU high with her 48 points versus Milwaukee on Nov. 16, including 18 points in overtime. Lehman also pulled down 21 rebounds, tying her career-high.
• Lehman is the first guard and only the fourth player since 2009-10 to record at least 40 points and 20 rebounds in a game. Akron's Rachel Tecca was the last player to accomplish the feat, registering 43 points and 22 boards against Eastern Michigan (Jan. 26, 2014).
