DeKalb, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University women's soccer team takes on the Western Illinois University Leathernecks in its second home match of the season Sunday. The match begins at 2 p.m. at the NIU Soccer and Track & Field Complex
Last weekend, the Huskies (0-1-1) took on University of Illinois - Chicago in its season opener Friday night. The two teams played to a 0-0 tie after overtime. NIU then had a quick two-day turn around before dropping a 3-1 decision at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Sunday.
