DeKALB - The NIU women's basketball team will hold open, walk-on tryouts Tuesday, September 21 from 4:30-5 p.m. Central at the NIU Convocation Center.

Those interested in trying out to become a walk-on player should contact Director of Basketball Operations Jazz Weaver (email: cweaver1@niu.edu Phone: 815-753-0586) before attending the open tryout session.

Each participant is required to be a full-time student at Northern Illinois University, enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours, must pass a physical and be cleared to participate throughout the NIU Compliance Office.

Registration forms must be filled out and returned to Kierra McCleary by Friday, September 16 at 5 p.m.

All potential walk-ons must supply their own work out clothing for the tryout.
