DEKALB, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's basketball team had its season opener on Friday night (Nov. 10) against St. Francis (Ill.) postponed due to condensation on the playing floor. The contest will be rescheduled at a date to be determined. 

Fans with tickets for tonight's game should hold on to their ticket stub for the rescheduled contest to take advantage of a special concessions offer on the rescheduled date. More information will be available on NIUHuskies.com. 

NIU will open the 2017-18 season on Tuesday night, Nov. 14, as the Huskies host Green Bay at the NIU Convocation Center. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
