ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University Women's Tennis team fell to Ball State 6-1 at the Boylan Tennis Center Sunday afternoon.
 
The Huskies' (6-9, 0-1) posted victories at No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles. Adey Osabuohien (Hazel Crest, Ill./Homewood-Flossmoor) and Raven Neely (Grosse Point, Mich./Grosse Point South) scored their second win of the weekend, defeating Rosa Calderon and Julia Sbircea, 4-3.
 
Neely recorded NIU's lone point of the day, with a 6-7, 7-6, 1-0 win over Peyton Gollhofer.
 
The NIU women's tennis team returns to the court Friday when the Huskies travel to Ypsilanti, Mich. to face Eastern Michigan. The match begins at 12 p.m.
