DEKALB, Ill. – Tipoff for the Northern Illinois University men's basketball game against Buffalo scheduled for Tuesday, February 23 has been moved to 4 p.m. The contest, which was announced on Wednesday (Feb. 17) as a rescheduled game from earlier this season, had previously been announced as a 6 p.m. start time.
