DeKALB, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University wrestling team opens its 2022-23 home slate Saturday as NIU welcomes Harper College and Lindenwood to Victor E. Court. The Huskies are set to dual Lindenwood at 10 a.m. before taking on Harper College at/around 1 p.m. following the Lindenwood and Harper dual.
NIU returns to the mat after a successful outing at the Michigan State Open the weekend prior. Redshirt senior
Izzak Olejnik led the Huskies by winning the 165 Open title.
