DeKalb, Ill. – Sam Klein of NIU men's tennis has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Tennis Team released Tuesday, May 13.

To be eligible for the CSC honors an athlete must play in 70% of their teams' matches and have a grade point average of 3.50 or higher.

Sam Klein, a sophomore from Elm Grove, Wis. Klein posted an impressive 3.841 GPA while majoring in finance. Klein played in 21 duals at No. 2 doubles and played 12 matches in singles play. Klein earned nine wins in doubles play in 2025.
