CLEVELAND—Thirteen members of the Northern Illinois University softball program earned Academic All-MAC honors as announced by the league today (June 9).
This is the second straight year the Huskies have recorded 13 honorees, matching the school record set in 2022 and 2025. NIU has seen 11 or more honorees five times in the last six seasons.
NIU led the conference as a total of 107 athletes were honored.

Rylie Hartman,
Alana Powell,
Katy Ramage, and
Jenna Turner are two-time honorees.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
