2015-16: Went 15-13 as NIU’s primary starter at 165 pounds…Won four dual matches for the Huskies, including three against MAC competition…Defeated Mike Vollant of Kent State (2/5), Matt Lemanowicz of Missouri (2/7) and Rrok Ndokaj of Buffalo (2/14) in three consecutive conference duals...Placed at the Eastern Michigan Open (11/7) and the Lindenwood Open (11/21)…Went 4-2 in bonus-point matches with two major decisions, one technical fall and one pin.
2014-15: Finished with a 12-17 record as the Huskie starter at 165 pounds... Took fourth place at the MAC Championships (3/8-9) with wins over Kent State's Tyler Buckwalter and Central Michigan's Jordan Wohlfert... Went 2-2 at the Midlands Championships (12/29-30) by defeating Pat Smith of Minnesota and Matt Nora of Illinois... Also notched his first-career pin against Nora at Midlands, sticking the Fighting Illini wrestler in 5:00... Won two major decisions on the season against Daniel Fleet of Olivet (11/15) and Chase Boyd of Tiffin (11/22)... Defeated eventual Southern Conference champion Connor McMahon of SIU Edwardsville (1/17) with a 7-4 decision to key an NIU comeback against the Cougars.
2013-14: Tallied a 9-13 record as NIU's primary starter at 165 pounds... Finished fourth at the MAC Championships (3/8-9) with a 2-2 record... Upset nationally-ranked Zach Toal of Missouri in the opening round of the conference tournament with a 5-3 sudden victory win... Earned his first career win at the EMU Open (11/16) with a 6-1 decision over Findlay's Randy Caris, then followed that with a 10-2 major decision over Purdue's Riley McClurg... Earned his first-career dual win on Dec. 5 with a 9-5 victory over Cleveland State's Jake Smith.
Previous School: Posted a 22-5 record with six pins in six open tournaments while wrestling at 165 pounds in 2012-13... Finished first at three tournaments, taking top honors at the Nebraska-Kearney Holiday Inn Open (11/17), UNK Loper Open (12/8) and Viking-Warrior Open (1/5)...
