-  Appeared in 13 games, making 10 starts on the mound
- Struck out seven batters in 4.2 innings against Eastern Michigan on March 24, allowing two runs on five hits in NIU’s 9-4 win
- Earned his first win of the season in the Huskies’ 5-2 win over Ohio on April 6, throwing seven shutout innings.
- Started NIU’s 6-3 win over Ohio in the MAC Tournament on May 24, allowing two runs on six hits in five innings.

2018
- Academic All-MAC
- Made 14 appearances with seven starts, compiling a record of 2-1
- Had 43 strikeouts in 43 innings pitched and allowed just 16 walks
- Allowed one run on six hits in six innings for his first win of the season against Trinity Christian on April 11, striking out five while scattering six hits
- Threw three shutout innings in relief at Iowa on April 22 with five strikeouts
- Struck out a season-high nine batters in six shutout innings against Miami on April 22

2017 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
- Appeared in 15 games and started seven games.
- Lost all seven of his starts with a 6.46 ERA.
- Recorded 28 strikeouts, including a five-strikeout performance at Central Michigan (5-6). 
- Threw at least six innings twice against Boston College (2-24) and against Kent State (4-15).

2016 SEASON (FRESHMAN)
- Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American
- MAC Freshman Pitcher of the Year
- Second Team All-MAC
- Appeared in 15 games, all as a starter
- Totaled 86 innings with a 5-4 record and a 4.08 ERA
- Threw a complete game shutout at Southern Illinois (Mar. 18)
- Struck out a season high eight against Central Michigan (Apr. 8)
- Seven out of his 15 starts were quality starts (six or more innings pitched, three runs or less given up)

COLUMBUS EAST HIGH SCHOOL:
- First Team All-Hoosier Hills Conference and all-area selection
- Helped the Olympians to a HHC Championship and a 20-6 record
- Made nine appearances on the mound with seven starts
- Threw two complete games with  5-2 record
- One save on the season
- Tallied a 2.52 earned run average in 33.1 innings on the mound
- Totaled a .371 batting average at the plate with a .584 slugging percentage
- 27 RBI and three home runs with eight doubles in 89 at-bats.
- Ranked 34th in Indiana by Perfect Game USA and 27th by Prep Baseball Report
