Biography

2018
• Started a pair of games at right tackle while playing in five games during the season.
• Battled illness and injury early and late.
• Made his season debut in game four at Florida State (9-22) and played in the next four games.
• Started the Ohio (10-13) and BYU (10-27) contests, giving him six career starts.
• Three different Huskie backs tallied 100-yard days at Eastern Michigan (9-29), Ball State (10-6) and vs. Ohio with Hawn in the game.

2017

• As a true freshman, shared the right tackle spot with Ryan Roberts. 
• Made first career start in the Huskies’ 21-17 win over Nebraska (9-16) and started the next three games at right tackle. 
• He and Roberts alternated series throughout the season. 
• Became first true freshman to start on the offensive line for NIU since Jason Onyebuagu in 2006. 
• NIU offensive line earned the coaches Player of the Week honors for their performance against Western Michigan (11-15) as the Huskies ran for 248 yards in a cold-weather, grind-it-out win over the Broncos. 
• The Huskies ran for a season-best 338 yards at Bowling Green (10-21) and totaled 577  yards of total offense.  
• Helped lead the way to four 100-yard rushing games by NIU backs.

High School
• Two-year letterwinner (2015  and 2016). 
• Ranked the No. 3 offensive tackle in Illinois and 21st in the Midwest by Scout.com. 
• An All-Upstate Eight and Fox Valley All-Area Team selection in 2015 and 2016.  
• Team captain as a senior. 
• Played right tackle for the St. Charles North squad that gained over 4,000 yards of offense in 2016. 
• Played defense late in the season. 
• Transferred to St. Charles North after two years at Westminster Christian. 
• Participated in the Blue-Grey All-American All-Star Game.

• Computer science major with a minor in mechanical engineering.
