• First two-time first team All-American in school history.
• Won the MAC’s Vern Smith Leadership Award (MVP) and repeated as the league’s Defensive Player of the Year.

• Broke his own NIU record for sacks in a season with two in the MAC Championship game to give him 15 on the year.

• Led the nation in tackles for loss (2.3/game), ranked third in sacks (1.08/game) and fourth in fumbles recovered and forced.
• Nearly half (29.5) of his 63 total tackles on the season went for loss.
• Wrecked havoc at Nebraska (9-16) with 3.5 TFLs, two sacks, a pass break-up and six tackles.
• Tallied five tackles for minus 23 yards, a sack and six stops versus Boston College (9-1).
• Made 5.5 tackles for loss and scored his second fumble return TD of 2017 versus Western Michigan (11-15) with a 58-yard score.

• Made a season-high three tackles, including two solo stops, versus San Diego State (9-17).
• Appeared in all 12 games as a backup defensive end.
2015

High School
• Talented playmaker on both sides of the ball at Francis Howell.
• As a senior, tallied 2,456 all-purpose yards with more than 2,000 rushing yards and 32 total touchdowns at tailback.
• Helped Howell go 11-1 and advance to the Missouri 6A state semifinals in 2014.
• Named 2014 St. Louis Dispatch All-Metro Offensive Player of the Year.
• Also named Large School Player of the Year in 2014 by local television station KSDK.
• As a junior, gained 1,682 all-purpose yards and scored 18 times.
