2021 Fall: Academic All-MAC… Played in all 29 matches after missing the 2021 spring due to injury...Recorded 177 digs…Had a season-high 18 digs against CSU Bakersfield on Aug. 27...Recorded 12 digs and two assists in win over Bethune Cookman on Sept. 10...Served a season-high two aces in 3-1 win at Charleston Southern on Sept. 11, adding 10 digs...Had 13 digs in NIU’s 3-0 sweep of Kent State on Oct. 29.

2019: Academic All-MAC… MAC West Defensive Player of the Week (October 28)… Played all 110 sets… Led NIU with 4.72 digs per set; Fifth in the MAC in digs per set… Fourth in the MAC with 0.33 aces per set… Had 22 digs in season-opening win over Fairleigh Dickinson on August 30… Hit a season-high four service aces against Niagara on September 13… Had 25 digs in five-set win at Western Michigan on October 10… Earned MAC West Defensive Player of the Week on October 28 after averaging 5.50 digs per set in wins over Kent State… Recorded career-high 39 digs in five-set match against Bowling Green on November 16.

2018: MAC West Defensive Player of the Week (10/1)… Academic All-MAC and MAC Distinguished Scholar Selection… Played all 122 sets, starting all 32 matches at libero… Led NIU with 5.14 digs per set; Fifth in the MAC in digs per set… Recorded career-high 31 digs in five-set match against Northern Kentucky on Sept. 1, adding five aces and eight assists… Had 28 digs against Southeast Missouri State on Sept. 12… Had 24 digs in MAC wins over Toledo (Sept. 21) and Western Michigan (Sept. 27)… Recorded 25 digs in five-set win at Ohio on Oct. 20.

2017: Played in 111 sets, starting each of the last 17 matches of the season… Third on the team in digs with 220 (1.98/set)… Had a season-high 25 digs at Bowling Green on Sept. 23… Followed that up with 21 digs and two service aces in five-set match against Eastern Michigan on Sept. 29… Had a season-high three aces in 3-2 win at Ball State on Oct. 7, adding 11 digs… Recorded 15 digs in four-set match against Ball State on Nov. 10.

Prior to NIU: Four-time team MVP, captaining the team her junior and senior years … Twice earned First Team All-Rock Valley Conference … Was named to the second team and earned honorable mention honors as a sophomore and freshman … Evansville High School's Defensive Player of the Year in 2016 … Helped the team to a 23-14-1 record her senior year … Aided in the Blue Devils first place finish at the Craig Invitational … Appeared in 38 matches, serving 38 aces at the line.

Personal: Daughter of Sally and the late Randy Karlen … Was a selected as a member the RVC Honor Band as a clarinet player in 2016 and 2017 … Member of the Capitol Volleyball Academy … Took a mission trip to Ecuador … Ran youth volleyball clinics and participated in fundraisers for the Rock County Cancer Coalition … Member of the National Honor Society her junior and senior year and four-time High Honor Roll recipient at Evansville
