2019-20
Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win team titles at the WIU Early Bird Invitational and the NIU Huskie Challenge … Ran a season-best 6K time of 25:35.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 18) … Had a season-best 5K time of 21:59.86 in the Gold Race at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (Sept. 28) … Posted a season-best 4K time of 17:26.3 at the WIU Early Bird Invitational (Aug. 30). 
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 5:57.33 in the mile at the Parkside Classic (Feb. 8). 

2018-19
Cross Country: Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:24.2 at the Illini Open (Oct. 19) … Finished 38th in the NIU Huskie Challenge (Aug. 31) with a 4K time of 20.22.9. 
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Had a season-best time of 5:33.65 in the 1,500-meter run at the NIU Huskie Classic (May 3) … Ran a time of 5:45.89 in the 1,500 meters at the Gibson Invitational (April 6). 

2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in the UIC Flames/Flyer Opener (Sept. 2) and Illini Open (Oct. 20). Finished 46th at Illinois in 21:27.6 to set personal best 5k time and finished in 16:55.91 in UIC’s meet to set 4k best.
Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Illinois Open (Jan. 13) with a time of 12:27.09.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

High School: Four-time varsity letterwinner, First-Team All-Conference selection and All-Area selection…Awarded the most improved runner of the year during sophomore season and most dedicated after junior year season under coaches Kim Foster, Wes Bonner and Jen Baxter…Helped team to four straight regional championships and two ninth place finishes at State…was a part of the track & field team’s 4x800 school record that the squad ran in 9:53.
 
Personal: Born May 23, 1999 to Otis and Elaine Virgo…Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
