2021: Qualified for the 2021 NCAA National Tournament...Finished the season with an overall record of 11-5, 3-2 in dual matches...Placed third in the 2021 MAC Championships, with a 1-0 win over Kamera of Kent State (Feb. 27)...Posted a four-match winning streak from Feb. 12-26...Recorded his first career NCAA Tournament victory, defeating Van Brill from Rutgers, with an 8-4 decision.
2019-20: Competed in three open tournaments, wrestling at 141 at the Michigan State Open (Nov. 2), before moving up to 149 the rest of the season…Won three of his 11 bouts on the year, two at the Jim Kock Open (Dec. 7).
2018-19: Finished the season with 10-8 overall record, competing at 141, including a 3-5 record in dual matches, and 0-1 in MAC matches…Finished third in the Michigan State open at 141…Earned a 15-1 major decision win against Marcus Robinson (Buffalo)… Won three matches by fall earning victories over Christian Sharp (Harper), Caleb Maddox (Trine), and Matt Kolonia (Bucknell).
Prior to NIU: Posted a record of 32-7 at 141-pounds at UW-Parkside … Picked up seven pin-fall, eight tech falls, and five major decisions … Helped the Rangers to a 12-1 record including a 5-1 conference record … Finished first in the Pointer Open, second in the Jim Koch Open, at 149-pounds, third at the Midwest Classic … Placed fifth in the Division Three Midwest Super Regionals.
