2002-23
Indoor: Named the Most Outstanding Track Performer at the MAC Indoor Championships … First Team All-MAC honoree … Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Won the MAC Championship (Feb. 25) in both the 200 and 400 meters, running a season-best 24.07 seconds in the final of the 200 and 56.23 seconds in the final of the 400 … Ran on NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:50.19 (Feb. 25) … Won the 200 meters at the Blue and Gold Invitational (Dec. 2) in a time of 24.55 seconds and at the Badger Invitational with a time of 24.78 seconds (Feb. 17) … Won the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10) with a season-best time of 55.19 seconds … Also won the 400 at the Coughlan/Malloy Cup (Jan. 14) with a time of 58.69 seconds. 
Outdoor: Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team … Named MAC Track Athlete of the Week on April 26 after running a season-best time of 54.84 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Michael Johnson Invitational. 

2021-22
Indoor: Won the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) with a season-best time of 54.58 seconds … Finished second in the 200 meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) with a season-best time of 24.10 seconds … Won the 200 meters at the Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 15) with a time of 24.27 seconds … Won the 200 at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 18) in 24.79 seconds … Won the 400 meters at the Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 15) in 56.27 seconds … Finished second in the 200 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 4) in 24.38 seconds. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 54.43 seconds in the 400 at the Tom Jones Memorial (April 16) … Finished third in the 400 at the Bobcat Invitational (March 26) in 54.53 seconds … Ran a season-best time of 24.23 seconds in the 200 at the Bobcat Invitational (March 25). 

2020-21
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 400 meters at the MAC Championship in a season-best time of 54.51 seconds (May 8) … Took seventh in the 400 at the Drake Relays with a time of 55.89 seconds (April 23).
