2022 Mid-American Conference Outdoor 4x400 Meter Relay Champion

2023-24
Indoor: Recorded a season-best time of 2:14.61 in the 800 meters at the Meyo Invitational (Feb 3) … Finished 19th in the 800 meters at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23) with a time of 2:22.10 … Tooke second in the 800 at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Dec. 1) with a time of 2:19.81. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 58.90 seconds in the 400 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 19). 

2002-23
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 2:19.55 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10) … Ran a season-best time of 58.82 in the 400 meters at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 4) … Finished third in the 800 at the Coughlan/Malloy Cup (Jan. 14) in a time of 2:21.87. 
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) with a season-best time of 55.85 seconds … Ran on NIU’s third place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships (May 13) that posted a time of 3:41.91 … Ran a season-best time of 25.27 seconds in the 100 meters at the Huskie Classic (May 6), finishing fourth … Ran a season-best time of 2:15.17 in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 15). 

2021-22
Indoor: Won the 800 meters at the Bob Eubanks Open (Jan. 15) with a season-best time of 2:18.46 … Won the 600 meters at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (Dec. 11) with a season-best time of 1:38.43 … Ran a season-best time of 56.46 seconds in the 400 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11) … Had a season-best time of 26.04 seconds in the 200 meters at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 18). 
Outdoor: Part of NIU’s MAC Championship winning 4x400-meter relay (3:40.85) … Ran a season-best time of 1:02.35 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Musco Twilight (April 23), finishing third … Finished fourth in the 400 hurdles at the Illini Classic (April 9) with a time of 1:05.77. 

2020-21
Indoor: Helped NIU win its first MAC team championship … Finished second in the 400 meters at the MAC Championship with a season-best time of 56.58 seconds (Feb. 27) … Member of NIU’s second place 4x400-meter relay team at the MAC Championships … Ran a season-best time of 2:22.93 in the 800 meters, finishing sixth, at the Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23). 
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 400-meter hurdles at the MAC Championship in a time of 1:03.43 (May 7) … Member of NIU’s third place 4x400-meter relay at the MAC Championship … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the EIU Big Blue Classic in a season-best time of 1:01.20 (April 9) … Finished fifth in the 400 hurdles at the Drake Relays in 1:02.23 (April 23).
