Is the game at Guaranteed Rate Field (formerly U.S. Cellular Field), home of the Chicago White Sox, included in the NIU Football Season Ticket Plan?
YES IT IS! The football game at Guaranteed Rate Field is an NIU home game and will be included in your 2016 season ticket plan.

As a season ticket holder, how will my seat location be determined for this game?
Seat locations will be determined based on your 2016 NIU Football season ticket location and the Huskie Athletic Fund Benefit Allocation Process. Premium seating for the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown will correspond to areas at Huskie Stadium as follows:
  Tickets for the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown are price at $45, $55, and $65 based upon location.

As a season ticket holder, how do I purchase additional tickets?
Additional tickets will be allocated based upon request and availability. Once the request is made, seats will be allocated based upon the Huskie Athletic Fund Benefit Allocation Process. Premium Seat holders will have the first opportunity to request additional seats in their specific premium section.

Will this game ticket be mailed along with my season tickets?
To ensure that all additional seat requests are allocated appropriately, your NIU vs. Toledo game tickets will not be mailed with your season ticket packet. Seat locations for the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown home game were mailed in October along with any additional seat requests.

How do I guarantee I get the best seats available for this game?
Purchase a season ticket and join the Huskie Athletic Fund. Season ticket holder seats will be allocated first based on donor level and then by priority points within that level. All single game tickets will be allocated after all season ticket holders and donors.

Will there be private suites available for this game?
Yes, there will be 20-person Diamond Suites at Guaranteed Rate Field available for purchase for $3,500 based upon availability. Food and beverage are included in the cost. Please call (815) 753-1923 to speak with a staff member about a private suite.

If I purchase a Coaches Club, Endzone Club or the Premium Access Credential for the 2016 NIU Football season, does it include this game?
Yes, anyone who purchases Coaches Club, Endzone Club or Premium Access Credential season passes will receive passes to the Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar, based on the number of passes in the account. There will be similar amenities, including a complimentary food buffet and a cash bar.

Is my donor parking included for this game since my ticket is a part of the season ticket package?
Due to the agreement with Guaranteed Rate Field, parking is NOT included in your season ticket parking pass. All Huskie fans will have access to purchase parking at Guaranteed Rate Field parking areas upon arrival at the game. Tailgating is allowed in all designated parking lots.

Will there be tickets & transportation available for students?
NIU students may receive one free ticket with a valid student ID card. Tickets must be requested and picked up prior to the game at the Convocation Center by Monday, Nov. 7th. There will be 500 student guest tickets available for $22 each and must be purchased at the Convocation Center Ticket Office. Student buses will be available based upon availability. More information will be available closer to the game.


IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES

• April 4: Season ticket holders can begin to put in requests for additional tickets for the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown.

• April 30: Season ticket holder renewal deadline to guarantee the same seats as last year in Huskie Stadium.

• July 29: Deadline for season ticket holders to request additional seats for the Huskie Chi-Town Showdown at Guaranteed Rate Field and have them allocated with their season tickets.

• August 1: Guaranteed Rate Field single game tickets go on sale to the general public through Ticketmaster.

• August 31: Deadline to purchase season tickets and have them allocated by the Huskie Athletic Fund allocation process. (This guarantees you the best seats. After this date, your ticket location will be allocated with the rest of the general public).

• Week of Oct. 10 - 14: Huskie Chi-Town Showdown game tickets to be mailed to customers.
