NIU Athletics prohibits season and single game ticket purchases by individuals with the primary intent of reselling the tickets for profit. If your purchase is identified as having been made with the intent to sell tickets on the secondary market, it may be canceled without notice or refund. Please contact the NIU Ticket Office at HuskiesTickets@niu.edu with questions regarding the secondary market broker policy.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
All children over age 2 must have a ticket. Children without tickets must be seated in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. Children may not remain in aisles.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited by the pre-event demand expectations. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Huskie Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Clear/Small Bag Policy
Similar to venues across the country, a clear bag policy has been instituted at Huskie Stadium and the NIU Convocation Center. No large bags or purses will be permitted for NIU football, volleyball, or men's and women's basketball games. Approved bags include one clear plastic 12" x 12" x 6" stadium bag OR one (1) gallon clear plastic storage bag OR one (1) clutch purse size 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller.
Re-Entry Policy (Football)
Guests who leave Huskie Stadium with the intention to return must have their ticket electronically “scanned out” at any gate. Please have your mobile or printed ticket ready as you exit the stadium. Upon return, guests must be electronically scanned back in to re-enter the stadium. Failure to have a ticket properly scanned out will result in denial of admission upon return to the entry gate.
NIU Huskies App
Download the free NIU Huskies app on your Android or iOS smartphone for access to: rosters, live stats, and social media feed for all sports. On football game days this app will provide links to the live radio broadcast. A digital game program will also be accessible via the app.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
