Prior to NIU: Came to DeKalb from Des Moines Area Community College… Made 15 appearances on the mound in 2025 with 10 starts… Had a 4-2 record with a save in 53 innings pitched… Had 53 strikeouts in 53 innings… Four-year letterwinner at Marion High School… The Indians reached the Iowa Class 3A semifinals twice and won the 2021 state championship.
