- Had three straight scoreless outings at Ohio (March 11) and at Akron on March 18 and March 20
- Earned the win in NIU’s 11-10 11-inning win over Kent State on March 25, allowing three hits while striking out two
- Allowed one run on three hits in three innings to earn the win in the Huskies’ 3-2 victory over Miami on April 3
- Recorded a season-high six strikeouts in four innings at Central Michigan on April 10
- Made his first career start against Ball State on April 23
- Allowed one unearned run on six hits over four innings in NIU’s 8-1 win at Toledo in game one of a doubleheader on May 13; had five strikeouts to get the victory
- Threw a season-high 6.2 innings in the season finale against Bowling Green on May 20
