- Had his first two career hits as a pinch-hitter in the eighth inning of NIU’s 21-2 win at Nicholls on Feb. 16; Sandee hit a grand slam in his first career at-bat and later in the inning added a two-run single
- Made his first career start at SEMO on Feb. 22
- Was 1-for-3 with two runs scored against Central Michigan March 21
- Drove in five runs in the Huskies’ 17-7 win over Ohio on April 6
- Finished the season with a hit in each of the last four games
