2012: As a redshirt freshman, emerged as NIU[apos]s top punt return threat. Returned a team-high 17 punts for 107 yards. Ranked eighth in the MAC in punt return average at 6.3 yards per return. Also returned six kickoffs for 136 yards, good for a 22.7-yard average. Caught five passes for 64 yards and a score. Came up with two big returns in the MAC Championship against Kent State (11-30) with a 30-yard punt return and a 29-yard kickoff return. Recorded a season-long kickoff return of 33 yards at Akron (10-20), while adding four punt returns for 20 yards. Against UMass (11-3), caught a career-high three balls for 40 yards and his first career score. Grabbed a pair of 12-yard receptions against UT Martin (9-8) and Western Michigan (10-27).

2011: Redshirted.

High School: First-team All-Broward County wide receiver as a senior at North Broward Prep. Named to the Broward County Top 50 prospects list for 2010. An honorable mention all-county choice his junior year. Played wide receiver and safety for the Eagles. Played in the Broward Independent Schools Football Classic 'Broward Bowl' All-Star Game following his senior season. Finished his senior campaign with 60 catches for 1,110 yards and 16 touchdowns. Scored on a pair of punt returns. Completed an impressive junior season with 50 receptions for 1,075 yards and nine touchdowns. Added six interceptions on defense in 2009. Completed his high school career with 127 catches for 2,360 yards and 26 touchdowns. His team earned the first playoff win in school history in 2009. Won the district title and advanced to the regional playoffs. North Broward completed an undefeated regular season in his sophomore season and advanced to the playoffs for the first time in school history. Made the well-known South Florida Express 7-on-7 team between his junior and senior years. Also competed in the high jump for the track team.

Personal: Born Oct. 19, 1992 in Youngstown, Ohio. Son of Anthony Sebastiano and Kim Keagler. Plans to major in business. Admires former teammate Victor Keise.
