High School: Earned all-area and All-Upstate Eight Conference honors following his junior and senior seasons at Streamwood High School. Hauled in 28 receptions totaling 430 yards and six touchdowns in the 2012 campaign. Led the team with five interceptions as a senior, along with two fumble recoveries. Returned three punts for 150 yards and one touchdown. Caught 25 passes for 599 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior with the Sabres, averaging nearly 24 yards per reception. Also grabbed four interceptions in 2011. Helped the team secure a playoff berth in 2011, their first since 2002.
