Named MAC West Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for a career-high 266 yards on 37 carries and scoring twice at Kent State (10-5).
His 266 yards were the most by a Huskie running back since 2006.
Averaged 8.1 yards per carry on his way to 146 yards at Toledo (11-20).
Rushed for 134 yards on 21 carries and scored a pair of touchdowns vs. Eastern Illinois (9-21).

Played in four games for the Huskies on special teams after moving to running back during the offseason.

2010:
Saw action in five games and tallied a pair of solo stops.
Earned his first playing time at Illinois (9-18) where he made his first career tackle.
Played against Temple (10-9), Buffalo (10-16) and Central Michigan (10-23) and made a solo tackle versus CMU.
Injured his Achilles in a non-football accident and missed the remainder of the season.
