• Started 11 games at left guard in his first season at NIU.
• Missed the Toledo (11-7), Western Michigan (11-20) and MAC Championship (11-30) games.
• Huskie backs notched six 100-yard rushing games with Perez in the game.
• NIU ranked in the top half of the MAC in rushing offense (166.9 yards/game), first downs (270) and red zone offense (82.1 percent).

Prior to NIU
• Named First Team All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference and was a first team All-American in 2017.
• Team captain as a sophomore.
• Helped the Grizzlies to an 8-3 record his sophomore year as they ended the season as conference runners-up.

High School
• Played tight end in high school, earning three varsity letters and was named the team’s best receiver.
• Selected first team All-State and first team All- Eastern Kansas League.
• Recorded six catches in both his junior and senior seasons at St. Thomas Aquinas, for 82 and 124 yards, respectively.
• As a sophomore, he caught one pass for 21 yards and a touchdown.
