High School: Earned first team all-state and all-conference honors at linebacker following his senior season at Fenger High School. Recorded 33 tackles, six sacks and three interceptions during the 2009 season. Helped the Titans to a conference title as a sophomore with 20 tackles and two sacks. Also played basketball.

Personal: Born Sept. 22, 1990 in Chicago, Ill. Son of Curtis Taylor and Brenda Houston. Plans to major in communications.
