High School: Three-time varsity letterwinner. Named team captain his senior season. Given All-Conference and All-Area honors following his senior campaign in which he passed for 1,449 yards and 15 touchdowns with a 67 completion percentage. Holds school records for consecutive completions, completion percentage, and longest touchdown pass. Made honor roll every semester while at Blue Valley West High School. Earned All-Academic League honors following his senior season.

Personal: Born November 20, 1992 in Charleston, South Carolina. Son of Patty and Greg Martinette and Lee and Vickie Rose. Plans to be a kinesiology major. Admires Peyton Manning and Drew Brees.
