Biography

2023
• Saw action in four games in back-up role to Rocky Lombardi.
• Played in four of the Huskies’ first six games of the season.
• Completed 19-of-33 passes for 147 yards with a pair of touchdown passes and two interceptions.
• Most extensive outing came versus Tulsa (9-23) when he relieved Lombardi. 
• Went 13-of-23 passing for 97 yards with a six-yard TD pass to Trayvon Rudolph in the second quarter.
• In the previous game at Nebraska (9-16), led NIU to its lone touchdown late by completing 6-of-8 passes for 50 yards. 
• Hit Chris Carter from four yards out for the touchdown with four seconds left and got the two-point conversion with a pass to Billy Dozier. 
• Played late in the blowout win at Akron (10-7) and saw first action of the season versus Southern Illinois (9-9).
• Shared Offensive MVP award for spring ball with running back Antario Brown.

2022
•    Took over for Rocky Lombardi in the Vanderbilt (9-17) game and started the next three games versus Kentucky (9-24), Ball State (10-1) and Toledo (10-8) before missing the rest of the season due to injury.
•    Led NIU with 798 passing yards and seven touchdown passes while completing 72-of-122 passes for a 59 percent completion rate.
•    Came off the bench and completed 12-of-19 passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns against Vanderbilt.
•    Had a career long 70-yard completion and TD pass to Cole Tucker versus the Commodores.
•    Threw for 196 yards and a touchdown at Kentucky, including a 63-yard completion to Kacper Rutkiewicz.
•    Also had a 51-yard punt against the Wildcats. 
•    Went 17-for-29 passing at Ball State with 194 yards and two touchdowns.
•    Threw for a career-high 284 yards with 30 completions against Toledo with a pair of touchdown passes.

2021
•    Saw action in two games while serving as back-up quarterback to Rocky Lombardi.
•    Started the Western Michigan game (11-23) in place of Lombardi.  
•    Completed four-of-10 passes for 23 yards in a 42-21 loss. 
•    Had a long rush of nine yards 
•    Came in on the final play of the game at Kent State (11-3) and split out as a receiver. 
•    Enrolled for spring semester 2021.

• Three-year varsity letterwinner.
• Helped lead Aurora Christian to three straight playoff appearances.
• Earned team offensive Most Valuable Player honors in 2018 and team MVP accolades in 2019.
• Named first-team All-Metro Suburban, All-Area and All-State in 2019.
• Set school records for touchdown passes in a game (8), single game completion percentage (94%) and career completion percentage (60%).
• Rushed for four touchdowns and 581 yards on 72 carries as a junior.
