• Played defensive back in one of the top high school football areas in America.
• As a senior, snagged three interceptions, broke up 17 passes and served as team captain in leading Miramar to the Class 8A playoffs.
• 2014 first team All-District 12 honoree by the Miami Herald and Sun Sentinel.
• Selected to play in the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl in Orlando in January 2015.
• Had four interceptions and defended 21 passes as a junior in 2013 during Miramar’s undefeated regular season that culminated in an appearance in the Florida 8A State quarterfinals.
• Blocked nine kicks in his high school career.
