Biography

• Enters the 2024 season with 45 career games played at NIU, the most by any player on offense. 
• Fifth-year senior has seen action in every Huskie game since his rookie season in 2020.
• Has started 24 consecutive games and 28 total during his career.

2023
• Started all 12 games at right guard in 2023 alongside right tackle Nolan Potter.
• The Huskies ranked second in the MAC with 179.6 rushing yards per game and were 19th in the country in fewest sacks allowed with 1.23/game. 
• In conference play, NIU’s 215.5 rushing yards/game led the MAC as did the Huskies’ average of 6.69 yards per play.
• Helped lead the way to Antario Brown’s 1,296 rushing yards which ranked 15th nationally.   
• Blocked as Huskies ran for three touchdowns and clinched a bowl berth at Kent State (11-25). 
• Paved the path for NIU’s season high 380 rushing yards and six rushing TDs at Akron (10-7).
• NIU gained 421 yards of total offense and ran 72 plays in Camellia Bowl win over Arkansas State (12-23). 

2022
•    Named to PFF’s All-MAC second team and was an honorable mention All-MAC pick by College Football Network. 
•    Played in all 12 games and started the last 11 at left guard.
•    Part of a Huskie offensive line that led the MAC and ranked 10th in the nation in fewest sacks allowed with 1.0 per game (12 total).
•    The Huskies rushed for 190.4 yards per game to rank 34th in the FBS.
•    Helped pave the way for season-highs of 332 rushing yards and 526 yards of total offense at Ball State (10-1).
•    Three different backs recorded 100-yard rushing games and gained 97 yards or more eight times on the year. 
•    NIU totaled 287 yards on 49 carries in the win at Eastern Michigan (10-15). 

2021
•    NIU’s sixth man on the offensive line saw action in every game, making his lone start of the season versus Ball State (11-10).
•    Rotated series at left guard with starter J.J. Lippe.
•    Helped lead the way to 13 100-yard rushing games by four different backs.
•    NIU ranked fourth in the FBS in rushing offense with 241.4 yards/game and gave up just 10 sacks in 14 games, the second-best average in the country.  
•    The offensive line led NIU to a season-high 663 yards of total offense at Kent State (11-3) and NIU totaled at least 500 yards in five games. 
•    NIU ran for a season-high 335 yards on 55 carries in the Cure Bowl game versus Coastal Carolina (12-17). 

2020
• Appeared in all six games as a true freshman.
• Started the final three games of the season at left guard.
• Assisted the Huskie offense to average 365.7 yards of total offense per game.
• Helped NIU to season-bests in rushing yards (199) and total offense (420) in the season finale at Eastern Michigan (12-12).

High School
• Three-time varsity letterwinner.
• Served a team captain in 2019.
• Selected team MVP in 2018 and 2019
• Two-time all-Greater Metro Conference honoree (2018 & 2019).
• Garnered all-area and all-state accolades in 2019.
• Earned 2019 GMC Offensive Lineman of the Year.
• Named to second team All-State team by the Associated Press as a senior.
• Member of 2019 WIAA Division II Football State Championship team with a 12-2 overall record.
• Also played defensive line and made 76 tackles, 19 solo, with a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and two pass break-ups his senior season.
