2023
• Spent season as the second team center.
• Played in every game on field goal/PAT unit. 
• In the game at offensive line for NIU’s fourth-quarter touchdown drive at Nebraska (9-16).
• Also got in the game at offensive line versus Tulsa (9-23), Akron (10-7) and Ball State (11-7). 
• Offensive line contributed to a season-high 380 rushing yards and 571 yards of total offense at Akron.

2022
•    Reserve center played in the last six games of the season as a member of the field goal/PAT unit. 
•    Earned first playing time of his career at Eastern Michigan (10-15) and held down his role on special teams through the season finale versus Akron (11-26).

2021
•  Did not see any game action during his redshirt season. 

2020
•  Did not see action during the six-game COVID-19 season.

HIGH SCHOOL
• Four-year letterwinner playing offensive guard and defensive line.
• Started every game since the beginning of his high school career for a total of 40 games.
• Second team all-state offensive lineman as a senior and was named to the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star game.
• Named all-area on both offensive and defensive lines in 2019.
• Earned all-conference honors as an offensive and defensive lineman in each of his last two seasons, picking up first team recognition as a senior and was second team as a junior.
• Second team All-VFA West Conference as a defensive lineman his sophomore year.  
• Made 57 tackles as a senior with seven pass deflections and three forced fumbles.
 
PERSONAL
• Born on May 2 in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
• Son of Wendy and Chad Schooley.
• Earned his bachelor’s degree in leadership and management from the NIU College of Business in May 2024.
