2010: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: Two-year varsity letterwinner while playing on the offensive and defensive lines for Oswego High. A first-team All-Southwest Prairie Conference selection as a senior. Named the Most Improved Player on his high school team. Recorded 40 tackles and one fumble recovery during his senior season. Also broke up a pass while playing in 11 games. Had an interception his junior season as team finished 8-3 in both 2008 and 2009. The Panthers advanced to the second round of the 6A state playoffs each year and won the conference title his senior season. Named to 6A All-State academic team.

Personal: Born Aug. 4, 1992 in LaGrange, Ill. Son of Pam and John Foley. Father, John, played football at Notre Dame.Uncle, Phil Foley was a defensive lineman for NIU from 1985-1988. Intends to major in business.
