• Started the season opener against Boston College (9-1), throwing for 190 yards and two touchdowns.

2016
• Academic All-MAC selection saw action in eight games and started four at quarterback for the Huskies in 2016.
• Took over when Drew Hare got injured at South Florida (9-10), and started the San Diego State (9-17) and Western Illinois (9-24) games.
• Relieved an injured Anthony Maddie and started the Toledo (11-9) and Eastern Michigan (11-16) contests.
• Set career highs for completions (24), attempts (43) and passing yards (227) versus Toledo and ran for career best 97 yards on 17 carries.
• Also threw three touchdown passes - of one, four and 19 yards - versus Toledo to tie his career high.
• Ran 44 times for 187 yards on the year with a season-long 30-yard rush versus Buffalo (10-22).
• Completed 71-of-127 passes for 680 yards and eight touchdowns on the season.

• Also started and finished wins over Buffalo (11-11) and Western Michigan (11-18) to help the Huskies win the MAC West again.
• Threw for a career-high 190 yards and two TDs against the Bulls.
• Named MAC Scholar Athlete of the Week for his effort at Buffalo, which included a career-high 78 yards rushing on 18 attempts.
• Tossed for two touchdowns again versus Western Michigan.
• Threw for 158 yards and rushed for 39 more in the win over WMU.
• Was injured in the Ohio (11-24) defeat and missed the MAC Championship Game against Bowling Green (12-4) the next week.
• Returned to start the Poinsettia Bowl versus Boise State (12-23).
• Honored as an Academic All-MAC student-athlete for the first time.
2014
• Redshirted.
• Named NIU Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week for his good work helping the Huskies prepare for Northwestern (9-6).

• Completed 151-of-298 passes for 2,007 yards and 24 touchdowns in two seasons as the starting quarterback.
• Ran for 1,096 yards and 11 touchdowns on 247 carries in two years.
• Named team MVP and second team all-conference as a senior.
• Threw for 1,079 yards on 70-of-146 passing in 2013 and tossed 13 touchdown passes.
• Gained 576 yards on the ground as a senior, scoring twice.
• Selected as a team captain prior to his senior year.
