Biography

2021
• Ranks 21st on NIU’s all-time list with 1,552 career receiving yards
• Suffered a season-ending injury at Kent State (11-3) after recording 60 yards on four catches and did not play in the last five games of the season.
• Despite the shortened season, was named to Pro Football Focus’ All-MAC second team.  
• Recorded at least one reception in every game he played for NIU over three seasons, a 26-game streak. 
• Amassed a career-high 147 yards on eight receptions, including a touchdown, at Central Michigan (10-23) for his fifth career 100-yard receiving game. 
• Scored on a 21-yard touchdown reception against the Chippewas, his first TD of the season and ninth of his career. 
• Accounted for 12 yards on two catches against Bowling Green (10-16) with a carry for 16 yards. 
• Amassed a game-high 98 yards receiving on eight receptions in the win at Toledo (10-9). 
• Tallied 70 yards on three catches and hauled in the game-winning two-point conversion pass from Rocky Lombardi in NIU’s season-opening 22-21 win over Georgia Tech (9-4). 
• Caught two passes on the game-winning drive, including a 39-yarder to start the drive. 
• Finished with seven receptions and 76 receiving yards in NIU’s victory over Maine (Sept. 25).
• Earned Academic All-MAC honors.
• A semifinalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy and NIU nominee for the National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Award. 

2020
• First team All-MAC honoree.
• Established career highs in receptions (53), yards (597) and while tying career best in touchdowns (4).
• Paced the MAC in catches per game with 8.8.
• Fifth in the MAC in yards receiving per game at 99.5.
• Had four games with 100 or more yards receiving.
• Recorded at least seven catches in each game of the season.
• Set single-game career highs in catches (12) and yards (131) against Western Michigan (11-28).
• Caught 11 passes for 108 yards against Ball State (11-18).
• Opened the season with a nine-catch, 106 yards receiving against Buffalo (11-4).
• Tallied 111 yards, including a season-long 43-yard reception, and a touchdown on seven receptions against Toledo (12-5).
• Hauled in a 19-yard touchdown reception against Eastern Michigan (12-12).
• Caught a 39-yard reception against Western Michigan (11-28).

2019
• Joined the Huskie team in January and participated in 2019 spring practices.
• Played in 11 games, starting six at wide receiver.
• Caught 32 passes for 415 yards and a team-high four touchdowns
• Tallied a season-high six receptions at Toledo (11-13) for 54 yards.
• Amassed 102 yards and two touchdowns, both season bests, on three receptions in season opener versus Illinois State (8-31); Scored on a 22-yard pass in the third quarter and a 68-yard pass early in the fourth quarter for NIU’s first two touchdowns of the season.
• Recorded five receptions for 42 yards at Utah (9-7).
• Also had five receptions against Ball State (10-5) for 30 yards.
• Caught a 30-yard touchdown pass at Ohio (10-12).
• Recorded his longest reception of the season on a 71-yard touchdown catch against Western Michigan (11-26).
• Added 35 yards rushing on five carries.


Junior College
• Led Dodge City in receiving with 23 catches for 363 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore in 2018.
• Averaged 15.8 yards per catch.
• Made two receptions for 27 yards in six games as a freshman.

High School
• Caught 50 passes for 1,088 yards and 15 touchdowns during prep career at Homewood-Flossmoor.
• Also rushed for 362 yards and six touchdowns as a senior.
• Named to Daily Southtown 2016 Football All-Area team.
• Originally signed with NIU out of high school.
