High School: Named team captain and MVP, team Best Back Award recipient, First team Miami Herald Class 4A-6A All-Dade County, and third team All-State as a senior. Finished as Dade County[apos]s No. 3 Class 4A-6A rusher with 1,506 yards and 18 TDs on 179 attempts (8.4 avg.) on 8-2 District 14-6A runner-up and playoff qualifier. Posted six 100-yard games, including school-record 325-yard performance with three touchdowns. Totaled 2,339 rushing yards over final two seasons. Lettered twice in football and three times in track.
