Biography

2019
• Started 11 of 12 games played at defensive tackle.
• Ranked second among interior linemen in tackles with 23.
• Recorded 2.5 tackles for loss, tallying a half tackle for loss in five different games.
• Amassed a season-high four tackles, all assists, and a 0.5 TFL at Central Michigan (11-2).
• Totaled nine solo tackles, including two each at Nebraska (9-14), Ball State (10-5) and Eastern Michigan (11-19).
• Third-team All-MAC selection by Pro Football Focus.

2018
• Started the last 13 games of the season at defensive tackle.
• Led all interior defensive linemen in tackles with career-best 38 and added 4.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
• Tallied at least two tackles in 11 of the Huskies’ 14 games.
• Knocked down a pass and combined with Sutton Smith on a tackle for loss in the MAC Championship game win over Buffalo (11-30).

• Posted a breakout game versus Ball State (11-9) with a season-high five tackles, his first career sack, and 1.5 tackles for minus nine yards. 
• Made three tackles in the Quick Lane Bowl versus Duke (12-26). 
• Registered three tackles with a tackle for loss at Bowling Green (10-14). 
• Totaled at least one stop in eight games on the season. 

High School
• Recorded 134 total tackles, six forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 13 pass breakups and 40 tackles for loss during final two seasons. 
• Two-time state playoff participant during his senior and sophomore seasons. 
• As a sophomore, recorded 41 total tackles, two pass breakups and five tackles for loss. 
• Selected to all-conference, all-area and all-state teams as a senior and garnered all-state honorable mention recognition as a junior.
