Personal: Son of NIU Hall of Famer Kenny Battle. Kenny played for the Huskies for two seasons (1984-86), scoring 1,072 points, before transferring to Illinois ... Younger brother, Keion, is a wide receiver on the NIU football team while older sister, Ty, is a member of the women’s basketball team at Delaware.
