• NIU’s stroke average leader (74.09), shooting par or lower 11 times in 21 rounds
• Made his NIU debut at the Loyola Intercollegiate (Feb. 25-27) with consistent rounds of 71, 71, and 72 to finish in a tie for 23rd
• Finished a season-best 17th at the Florida Atlantic Invitational (March 24-26)
• Placed 18th at the Tiger Invitational (April 10-11) with a final round of 72
• Tied for 19th at the Grand Canyon Invitation (March 17-18) with three straight rounds of 71, his season best
• Advanced to Sectional Qualifying in U.S. Open in Springfield, Ohio
PRIOR TO NIU:
• Played in all 32 rounds and 11 tournaments in 2015-16, posting a 76.2 stroke average
• Finished tied for third place at Gary Freeman BCU Spring Invitational after shooting season-best tournament round of 5-under (70-68-73=211)
• His second round score of 68 also marked season best
• Was named OVC Golfer of the Week following third place finish at Gary Freeman BCU Spring Invitational
• Appeared in four fall tournaments in 2016, registering a 72.75 stroke average in 12 rounds
• Tied for sixth at the Butler Fall Invitational, carding a 69 in the first round and finishing +3 overall
• Won nine junior golf events
