- Appeared in 13 games on the mound, making five starts
- Struck out 28 batters in 34.2 innings
- Made his collegiate debut at Sacramento State on Feb. 18, allowing one earned run in three innings of relief on three hits with two strikeouts
- Allowed one hit in two scoreless innings at Lipscomb on March 6
- Made his first career start at Central Michigan in the second game of the doubleheader on April 10
- Earned his first career win at Western Michigan on April 30, throwing 6.1 shutout innings with a season-high six strikeouts and five hits

Prior to NIU: Two-year letterwinner at Wauwatosa East…Had 73 strikeouts in 45.2 innings pitched as a senior…Also hit .296 with 22 RBI…First-Team All-Greater Metro Conference and All-Area selection…Named Second Team All-State.
