2009: Indoor - Ran a career-best 1,000m at the Panther Open (1/17), finishing in 3:41.15... notched a season-best 5:48.97 mile at the Illinois Intercollegiate (1/31), finishing 10th.
2008 Highlights: (Cross Country) Completed the Illinois Intercollegiate (9/14/07) at the No. 5 Huskie with a season-best time of 21:13.16... finished the season-opening Bradley Invite (9/7/07) with a time of 22:30... raced a 5k 21:19.43 at the George Dales Invite (10/12/07).
2007 Highlights: (Cross Country) Ran a season-best 20:52 to help the team to a third-place finish at the Bronco Invitational (9/22/06)...ran a 6k in 25:13 to push the team to the title at the Benedictine Invitational (10/6/06). (Track & Field) Took third-place in the mile run (6:10.48) at the Redbird Open (12/10/06)...claimed a personal best in the 1,500-meter run (5:28.97) at the Redbird Classic (4/28/07)...set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run (11:57.18) at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/5/07).
2006 Highlights:Earned a pair of indoor season best times in both the 800-meter run (2:41.50) and 1-mile run (5:48.38) at the Bowling Green State Quadrangular (2/3/06)...claimed an indoor season-best time of 11:36.16 in the 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Open (12/10/05)...gathered a PR of 21:24.50 in the outdoor 5,000-meter run at the SIU Spring Classic (3/25/06).
