Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 2:19.91 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) … Had a season-best time of 5:19.99 in the mile, finishing sixth, at the Ball State Tune-Up (Feb. 18).
Outdoor: Named to the Academic All-MAC Team ... Ran a time of 11:59.37 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MAC Championships, finishing 19th (May 7) … Posted a season-best time of 11:40.25 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Redbird Invitational, finishing second (April 2) … Ran a season-best time of 5:01.35 in the 1,500 meters at the EIU Big Blue Classic (April 9).
2019-20
Cross Country: Competed in the Gold Race at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, finishing with a 5K time of 20:56.11.
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best time of 1:43.52 in the 600 meters at the Bill Clinger Classic (Jan. 17) … Had a season-best time of 2:25.25 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14) … Posted a season-best time of 5:35.55 in the mile at the Fred Wilt Open (Dec. 7) … Ran a season-best time of 3:08.97 in the 1,000 meters at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 11).

Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Won the 1,000 meters at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 15) in a time of 3:10.73 … Had a season-best time of 2:23.50 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 19) … Ran a season-best time of 5:15.85 in the mile at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 7) … Had a season-best time of 11:01.78 in the 3,000 meters at the Gene Edmonds Invitational (Jan. 12).
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 2:26.86 in the 800 meters at the Gibson Invitational (April 6) … Posted a third-place finish in the 800-meter run at the NIU Huskie Classic (May 3) with a time of 2:30.40 … Had a sixth-place finish in the 800 meters at the Musco Twilight (April 13) with a time of 2:28.28.
2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Huskies. Set 4k personal best at the UIC Flames/Flyer Opener (Sept. 2) in 15:51.06 to finish 44th, overall, and recorded best 5k time at the Illini Open (Oct. 20) with a time of 19:43.5 and 22nd-place finish.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field as well as a two-year letterwinner in hockey…2016 USATF Youth Indoor 800m Champion…2017 New Balance National Championship qualifier in the 800m and the mile…Recorded top marks in 2k steeplechase (8:00.18), 3200m (11:01.54), 1600m (5:02.36) and 800m (2:16.13)…Team earned conference championship as a freshman, sophomore and junior.
