Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Ran a season-best 4K time of 14:57.4 at the Western Illinois Invitational (Sept. 1), finishing ninth … Recorded a season-best 5K time of 18:59.0 at the Joe Piane Invitational (Sept. 29) … Ran a 6K season-best time of 22:11.7 to finish 41st at the MAC Championship (Oct. 28). 
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 19:06.37 in the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 26) … Ran a season-best time of 10:49.82 in the 3,000 meters at the Cougar Classic (April 13), finishing third.

Cross Country: Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:54.1 at the Live in Louisville Classic (Oct. 1). 
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 5:02.53 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10) … Won the 3,000 meters at the Windy City Rumble (Feb. 4) in a season-best time of 10:44.05 … Won the 5,000 meters at the Windy City Rumble (Feb. 4) in 5:12.37 … Ran a season-best time of 3:03.43 in the 1,000 metes at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Jan. 20), finishing fifth. 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 4:37.01 in the 1,500 meters during the preliminaries at the MAC Championships (May 11) … Finished 12th in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships (May 13) with a time of 4:47.21 … Ran a season-best time of 2:19.45 in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 15) … Finished third in the 1,500 meters at the Huskie Classic (May 6) with a time of 4:47.68.
