Cross Country: Academic All-MAC Honoree … Ran a season-best 6K time of 23:20.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 15) … Ran a time of 23:31.2 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 30), finishing 83rd.
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 5:27.08 in the mile at the EIU Friday Night Special (Feb. 18) … Ran a season-best time of 11:00.03 in the 3,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11). 
Outdoor: Academic All-MAC Honoree … Ran a season-best time of 38:08.59 in the 10,000 meters at the MAC Championships (May 12) … Ran a season-best time of 17:49.32 in the 5,000 at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 28) … Finished second in the 5,000 at the Redbird Invite (April 2) with a time of 18:08.76, finishing second. 

2020-21
Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Finished 76th at the MAC Championships in 23:11.7 (Nov. 21) … Finished 49th at the Falcon Invitational in 23:48.3 (Nov. 7). 
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Ran a season-best time of 18:18.51 in the 5,000 at the MAC Championships (Feb. 26) … Ran a season-best time of 5:18.86 in the mile at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown (Feb. 6) … Ran a season-best time of 10:25.73 in the 3,000 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12). 
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 18:28.54 in the 5,000 meters at the Bobcat Invitational (March 26). 

2019-20
Cross Country: Helped NIU to first-place team finishes at the WIU Early Bird Invitational, the NIU Huskie Challenge and the Loyola Lakefront Invitational … Ran a season-best 6K time of 23:41.7 at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sept. 6), finishing 25th … Finished ninth at the WIU Early Bird Invitational (Aug. 30) with a 4K time of 15:09.9. 
Indoor: Did not compete.

Personal: Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
