2014 All-MAC (11^th), 2014 All-Region (20^th)

2014:Competed in every race for the Huskies...Improved her time in every race she ran...Set personal best in 5K twice, first at the Forest Park Festival (18:01) on Sept. 12 and then again at the Greater Louisville Classic (17:50.61) on Oct. 4...Broke personal record in the 6K at the MAC Championships (21:09) on Nov. 1, finishing 11th to join Kelsey Hildreth as the first All-MAC placewinners in NIU school history...she then shattered that mark by more than 20 seconds at the NCAA Midwest Regional (20:47.3) on Nov. 14, claiming 20th place to again make history with Hildreth as the first All-Region finishers in Huskie history.

2013:Competed at six meets for the Huskies in 2013... Finished first among NIU runners at three meets... Placed 22nd at the Bradley Classic (10-18) with a time of 21:40.00... Posted her best 6K time of the year at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11-15) with a 21:31.00 clip, placing 45th... Took a team-best 37th-place finish at the MAC Championship (11-2) with a time of 22:39.08... Recorded a time of 19:24.35 at the Illinois State Invitational (9-13), claiming 58th.

High School/Previous School: Qualified for the 2010 NCAA National Cross Country Championships, finishing 173rd with a time of 21:56.40... Advanced to the 2011 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field West Preliminary Round in the 1500 meters... Placed sixth in the mile at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships and ninth in the 1500 meters at the 2011 Big 12 Outdoor Championships... Part of Kansas State[apos]s school record-holding 4x800 relay team... Earned all-state honors at the 2009 Illinois Class 3A Cross Country Championships, crossing the finish line with a time of 17:53 to finish in 21st place.

Personal: Born June 2, 1992... Daughter of Mark and Susan Heuer... Plans on majoring in psychology... Active volunteer who enjoys art and traveling.
