Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Finished 51st at the MAC Championships in 22:45.9 (Nov. 21) … Finished 57th at the Falcon Invitational in 24:04.9 (Nov. 7). 
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Finished second in the 800 meters at the MAC Championships with a season-best time of 2:12.88 (Feb. 27) … Ran a season-best time of 5:10.00 in the mile at the Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23). 
Outdoor: Named to the Academic All-MAC Team ... Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the at the MAC Championship with a season-best time of 2:09.34 (May 8) … Finished 10th in the 800 at the Drake Relays with a time of 2:14.51 (April 22) … Took fifth in the 800 at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 2:18.86 (April 9). 

2019-20
Cross Country: Did not compete. 
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 2:09.79 in the 800 meters at the MAC Championship (Feb. 29), finishing third … Finished second in the 800 meters at the Bill Clinger Classic (Jan. 17) with a time of 2:13.03 … Had a season-best time of 1:37.16 in the 600 meters at the John Gartland Invitational (Jan. 25), finishing second … Posted a season-best time of 2:57.91 in the 1,000 meters at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 11), finishing second … Finished fourth in the mile at the Fred Wilt Open (Dec. 7) in a season-best time of 5:08.67.
