Jessica Struthers is in her first year as an assistant coach with the Northern Illinois women[apos]s golf program.
A three-year letterwinner at North Central College and graduate of DeKalb High School, Struthers joined the Huskies after working for the LPGA and the BMW Championship/Western Golf Association.

Struthers spent two years as an intern with the LPGA, helping coordinate the 2009 Solheim Cup, held at Rich Harvest Farms. With the BMW Championships/WGA, Struthers served as a sales and marketing associate. She had direct involvement with a marketing campaign that targeted 500 corporate sponsors, while organizing hospitality functions and coordinating housing for PGA Tour professionals.

As North Central, Struthers played a key role in leadership and mentoring, and served the community by volunteering with the Cress Creek Country Club Junior Golf Clinics. She was also a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), contributed as a student-athlete mentor and volunteered through Habitat for Humanity.
